Recirculation system of the last biorotor, in addition to dosing and/or first compartment of the buffer tank (denitrification).

The produced bacteriological material is released from the gasket by means of a growing and detaching process. It then leaves the biorotor with the effluent into a post-precipitation tank.
3c. Precipitation tank.
In the post-precipitation tank, the bacteriological matter sinks to the bottom. A pump periodically removes the matter into the buffer tank where it undergoes the same decomposition process as the sediment that settles directly. Possible surface skims caused by floating residue is also drained into the buffer tank by means of a skimming system. The limpid effluent leaves the system via a "diving-partition” and over an indented rim to be evacuated.
Dimensions and loads of the precipitation tank:
Surface : 1.85 m2 - content 1.250 m3
Max. depth : 1.55 m - surface load 0.1 - 0.2 m2/h
 

4. Purification result.
The effluent will meet the evacuation requirements to the fullest, especially with the low B.O.D. 5 load of 4.5 gr./ m2/d.
If an in-depth nitrification and nitrogen elimination is required, the load can be reduced to 3 gr. B.O.D. 5 m2/d by lowering the design capacity P.U. by one third.
A maximum purification is definitely within reach due to the over dimensioning of the units and the low hydraulic load of about 5 m3/d.
The recirculation system offers more possibilities even, to obtain a perfect quality of effluent.
5. Soil pollution.
The alternative exists to dimension the "BIO-CLEAN" in such a way that whenever soil pollution is discovered ( caused by petrol, diesel etc.) a groundwater purification can be performed at the same time. A bio chemical process in a biological way.
Our units have been developed in close cooperation with experts in the field of water engineering. By using a special kind of steel, our units cannot rust through and don't need any coating. The plant can be used as a mobile unit.
